for more information. PAYMENT METHODS Paypal Qweego! accepts payments via Paypal's Website Payment Pro Merchant Account Service with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Qweego! will request the registry of your billing address for ordering, shipping and tracking purposes on our site. Qweego! will not share this information with anyone. Qweego! will ship to Paypal confirmed addresses. If your shipping address has not been confirmed, Qweego! reserves the right to request additional documents and/or cancel the order for a full refund prior to shipment. SALES TAX Qweego! purchases will include sales tax (GST/HST) for shipments within the country of Canada, and will include the sales tax (GST/HST) rate in effect at the time your order is placed. As Qweego! is based in Alberta PST will not be charged on any purchases. It is up to consumers to self-assess additional taxes according to their province. EHF (Environmental Handling Fee) There is currently an environmental handling fee in effect in 4 provinces in Canada. Qweego! is registered with these provinces and will pay this fee for eligible products on the customer’s behalf. SHIPPING OPTIONS Qweego! offers competitive rates for shipping through Purolator, UPS, DHL and FedEx. Shipping times vary by area but will generally reach its destination within 1 business day. Signature may be required for delivery: Most of our shipments contain valuable electrical equipment. Please ensure you will be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product. Please note that we are not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left the warehouse. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery. Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, please contact us to make arrangements for reshipment. Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. Damaged Shipments: In cases of external (visible) carton damage, please refuse the damaged carton(s) and clearly note the refusal on the carrier delivery receipt. . Claims for external (visible carton damage) may not be honoured when the package is not refused at time of receipt. All claims for concealed product damage or order discrepancies must be reported to Qweego! within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after 48 hours from receipt date may not be honoured. for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product purchase. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to Qweego! warehouse within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. A charge may be assessed for any missing hardware or accessories. All returned merchandise must be unregistered and have the original Universal Product Code (UPC) intact or it cannot be returned.It is your responsibility to provide shipping and insurance to our returns facility. Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition). Abuse, misuse and other obvious damage or misuse of the product may void your refund. Refunds Refunds will be credited to the originating credit card account number or applied as a credit on your Qweego! account. Your credit card company may require extra time to process these funds back to your account. Qweego! will work quickly to ensure the promptest return of your funds. Past Due Accounts Should your account become past due, Qweego! reserves the right to apply interest at 1.5% per month. Delinquent amounts owing may be forwarded for collection.
